H.R.8800 - Supporting Medicare Providers Act of 2022 - To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to extend certain increases in payments for physicians services under the Medicare program through 2023. S 3018 / HR 3173 - Seniors Timely Access to Care Act - To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish requirements with respect to the use of prior authorization under Medicare Advantage plans, and for other purposes.

S. 1784 / HR 3353 - The Contact Lens Prescription Verification Modernization Act. This bill will amend the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act to modernize verification of contact lens prescriptions and for other purposes. S. 1793 / HR 3461 - The Dental and Optometric Care Access Act (DOC Access Act). This will amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to improve health care coverage under vision and dental plans and for other purposes.

Inflation Reduction Act. This bill provides funding, establishes programs, and otherwise modifies provisions relating to Medicare coverage of vision care. HR 2617 - Consolidated Appropriations Act, FY 2023. This bill provides appropriations to federal agencies for the remainder of FY2023, provides supplemental appropriations for disaster relief and to support Ukraine, extends several expiring authorities, and modifies or establishes various programs that address a wide range of policy areas, including vision care.
