Advertise on Receipts Report
Your brand, beside the receipts.
Receipts Report is where citizens go to follow federal money to its source — every figure cited to a primary record. Sponsoring us puts your name in front of an audience that reads, checks the citation, and trusts what it finds. No programmatic junk, no clutter — one brand-safe sponsor per page.

The audience
People come to Receipts Report to research a specific question — who funded this member, which contractors won that agency’s awards, how a vote lined up with the money. They arrive engaged and leave informed. It’s a high-intent, civically-serious audience: researchers, journalists, staffers, and citizens who’d rather read the primary source than a hot take.
How we run ads
Tastefully, or not at all. We run brand-safe ad networks across the site — but the pages we reserve for direct sponsors are kept separate, so your placement never shares a page with network ads. One brand-safe sponsor per page, styled to match, clearly labeled. No interstitials, no autoplay video, no sticky units chasing you down the screen. If it would make the page feel like a content farm, we don’t do it — the trust is the product.
Who we won't take money from
Our sponsor policy is public: no political PACs, candidates, parties, or partisan advocacy organizations; no defense contractors or weapons manufacturers; no foreign governments or foreign-agent-registered organizations; no cryptocurrency exchanges, online gambling, or vice categories; no payday lenders or predatory financial services.
And one recursive rule: we don’t accept sponsorship from any entity whose activities we cover in our data. If you appear in our spending data, our lobbying data, or our campaign-finance data, we don’t take your money to sponsor us. The conflict is too obvious.
