To be eligible for an award under this program, an applicant shall demonstrate that it has enacted a State statute or local ordinance or code, or has amended an existing State statute or local ordinance or code, that meets the requirements specified in title XIV â€“ Pool and Spa Safety Bill (15 U.S. C. 8001), Sections 1405 and 1406 of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act. Grant awards will be determined in accordance with CFR 2, Parts 255 (OMB Circular A-87), and OMB Circular No. A-102.
