- GOAL(S): Deliver comprehensive statistical reviews and analyses of the incidence and effects of prison rape. OBJECTIVE(S): Objective 1) To collect data on the incidence or prevalence of sexual assault among individuals held in Federal and State prisons, local jails, and juvenile facilities. Performance Measure: Proportion of sampled respondents completing surveys. Objective 2) To analyze data on the incidence or prevalence of sexual assault among individuals held in Federal and State prisons, local jails, and juvenile facilities. Performance Measure 1) Number of publications released; Performance Measure 2) Number of research datasets released.
