- The program is no longer funded. This was a one-time funding opportunity awarded in FY 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. There have been no additional appropriations since then. The objective of the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program was to assist eligible states, local units of government, and tribes in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the coronavirus. Performance Measure 1: Total full-time positions created/retained; and Performance Measure 2: Total part-time positions created/retained.
