- This program is to enter into cooperative agreements with partners of Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area. Through cooperative agreements, the Recreation Area works collaboratively with interested entities to provide for safe visitor access, public information, youth programs, resource management, citizen science, and scholarly research.
