- Dry-Redwater Rural Water Authority (DRWA) is working to identify a feasible rural water project within the bounds of the Dry-Redwater Service Area that provides clean, safe drinking water. DRWA is the point of contact for the technical components of the project, including design, hydraulic modeling, and cost estimating.

In accordance with P.L. 116-260, Section 1110(e)(3) Cooperative Agreement, If the Secretary determines that the study under paragraph (2) does not comply with the reclamation feasibility standards, the Secretary may enter into a cooperative agreement with the Dry-Redwater Regional Water Authority to complete the additional work to ensure that the study complies with the reclamation feasibility standards.
