- What it does
- To make awards to, or conclude cooperative agreements with appropriate entities, including any Federal, State, or local governmental unit, or institution of higher education, to aid and promote statistical, research, and methodology activities related to the Census Bureau mission under Title 13 of the United States Code. Awards provided under this notice support the Census Bureau and the Department of Commerce by: (1) developing and analyzing information for program and policy considerations; and, (2) undertaking special research.
