Igf::ot::igf the Contractor Shall Be Required to Furnish All the Necessary Services, Qualified Personnel, Material, Equipment, and Facilities, Not Otherwise Provided by the Government, as Needed to Perform the Statement of Work. the Contractor Shall Provide Operation, Maintenance and Repair Services for the Central Boiler Plant and Distribution Systems at Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML). the Central Boiler Plant Shall Be Manned 24 Hours Per Day, 7 Days a Week, for the Life of the Contract. the Contractor Shall Furnish Licensed Boiler Operators, Mechanics, Supervision, Tools, Materials, and Equipment Specified Herein and as Needed; Incidental Engineering; Transportation; and Management Necessary to Operate, Maintain, and Repair the Central Boiler Plant and Associated Distribution Systems, Facilities, and Equipment in Accordance With the Requirements Specified Herein. (exhibits E-C1 and E-C2 Describe the Facilities and Equipment to Be Maintained in This Contract.) Work Includes the Performance of Service Work, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair of Equipment, and Other Services as Described Herein.
