This Is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Time and Material Contract. the Contractor Shall Furnish the Necessary Qualified Personnel, Facilities, Material, Supplies, Equipment and Services (other Than Those Identified in Section H. of This Contract). the Contractor Shall Fulfill the Work Requirements in Accordance With the Statement of Work (sow), Section C, and Other Terms and Conditions of the Contract. All Support Services Provided to the Government Shall Be Performed by Contractor Employees or Personnel Otherwise Retained by the Contractor. the Contractor Shall Provide Various Professional, Technical and Administrative Services to Support Research and Testing Activities of Nhtsa S Senior Associate Administrator for Vehicle Safety (NVS) and Associate Administrator for Enforcement (enforcement). Inherent in Providing These Services, the Contractor Shall Provide the Supervision and Management Effort Necessary to Ensure Efficient and Effective Administration and Control of Work Performed Under This Contract as Further Described Below.
