Such Support Includes Contractors Performing Services, Delivering Products and Producing Outcomes That Are Derived From, Based Upon, or Contain: (1) Sufficient Quantities of Reliable, Relevant and Useful Contractor or Third Party Data and Information (2) Properly Structured and Clearly Identified Contractors Professional Opinion, and Analysis (3) Personnel Performing Services Only in Areas of Their Demonstrated Competence and (4) Quantitative Techniques That Meet or Exceed Fta S Requirements.
