The Scope of This Requirement Is the Acquisition of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Transponders to Support the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Program. This Technology Must Interface With Application Software Developed by the CBP Passenger Systems Program Office and Operate Seamlessly With Legacy Equipment and Specifications. the Items to Be Procured Are Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID) Vehicle Transponders, With a Frequency Range of 915 MHZ, to Enhance the Continuing Effort to Support the Fast Program. These Units When Placed in Vehicles Will, to the Maximum Extent Possible, Expedite the Clearance of Commercial Shipments at Both the Northern and Southern Borders.
