Development of the 30% Design Documents and Construction Documents for Wings 5, 4, and Spine. 4.4 Provide Architect-engineer (a-e) Services Consisting of Planning, Design, Facility Condition Assessments, Hazardous Materials Abatement Requirements, Migration Requirements for Tenants, Geotechnical Evaluations, and Field Investigations. Also Included Are Cost Estimating, Life Cycle Cost Planning, Energy Modeling, Value Engineering, Preparation of Architectural and Engineering Drawings and Specifications, Technical Review, and Other Project-related Services Including Meetings Coordination and Documentation.
