Through Programs That Directly Engage the Public or That Operate Within the Institution to Embed Public Interests and Engagement in Humanistic Teaching and Research.] [purpose: Emergency Relief to Scholarly Organizations for Publicly-engaged Humanities Initiatives.  Activities to Be Performed: Administration of a Grantmaking Program Comprised of Between 20-35 Subawards of $50,000-$225,000. This Program Will Support Humanities Organizations Developing Programming That Engages the Public Around Issues of Racial Equity, Climate Change, International Relations, Pandemic Recovery, and Strengthening Democracy. Expected Outcomes: Emergency Relief to Between 20-35 Humanities Organizations.
