The New River Transit Authority (NRT) Is Applying Ffy 2017 Ffy 2018 and Ffy 2019 Section 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Program (UZA) Funds Apportioned to the Beckley Urbanized Area in the Amount of $1803766 ($480418 in Ffy 2017 Funds $783820 in Ffy 2018 Funds and $539528 in Ffy 2019 Funds) for the Following: Operating Assistancepreventative Maintenance Purchase of (4) Expansion Less Than 30-FT (12+2 Passenger) Ada Accessible Cutaway Busespurchase of One (1) Replacement Less Than 30-FT (12+2 Passenger) Ada Accessible Cutaway Busthis Grant Also Includes Additional Funds (adjustment) of $48977 ($39182 Federal). the Grant Adjustment Amount Is From the Total Loss of a Bus. the Fta Approval Letter Dated 1/112022 for the Use of These Proceeds Is Attached to the Grant Application in Trams. NRT Will Use These Funds Towards the Purchase of One (1) Replacement Less Than 30-FT (12+2 Passenger) Ada Accessible Cutaway Bus as Described in the Extended Budget.the Non-federal Share Will Be Provided by the WV Department of Transportation Development Credits ($308600) and Local Funds. Nrtas Local Funds Are Generated From the Local Cities (beckley Sophia MT. Hope Oak Hill and Fayetteville) and Counties (raleigh and Fayette) Contributions Nrtas Service Providers Community Service Block Grant Contribution and Medicaid Revenue.
