This Application Utilized Arpa Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. the Application Scope of Work Includes: Transit Operations Provided by a 3RD Party Contractor Administrative Leave for Operators in Quarantine Marketing and Communications Payroll Fuel Preventive Maintenance Including Additional Cleaning Supplies and Direct Expenses Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic During the Period 01/01/2022 - 12/31/2024. the Suballocation Letters Dated April 27 2021 and July 30 2021 Respectively Are Attached in Trams.purpose: the Purpose of This Request Is to Ensure Funding for Transit Operations Through Pandemic Recovery. Activities to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used for All Expenses for Continued Operations of the Washington County Shared Ride Taxi and the Washington County Commuter Express Bus. Requested Funds Will Primarily Be Used for Wages Fuel Contracted Operations Including Preventive Maintenance Marketing Direct Expenses Related to COVID-19 and to Offset Loss of Fare Revenue While Ridership Recovers. Expected Outcomes: the Washington County Commuter Express and Washington County Shared Ride Taxi Will Continue to Provide Services and Increase Rider Confidence Post-pandemic. This Will Lead to Increased Ridership. Intended Beneficiaries: Transit Dependent Users of the Countys Transit Services.subrecipient Activities: Nonethe Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company. Per the Arpa the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan Statewide Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
