Park and Rides Skagit Station (multi Modal Station) and the Agencys Maintenance Operations and Administration Facility. the Staff Vehicle Will Be Used by Coach Operators to Travel Between the Base of Operations (MOA) to Skagit Station at Shift Change.; Intended Beneficiaries: the Intended Beneficiaries Are the Members of the Skagit County Community That Utilize Skagit Transit Facilities for Access to Ride Sharing Services Local and Regional Transit and Multi Modal Transportation Such as Intercity Bus and Rail Services.; Subrecipient Activities: None.
