Application Purpose: Projects Included in This Grant Will Upgrade Bus Stops Adding Braille Signage to the Stops to Assist Sight Impaired Transit Users to Identify the Stop They Are on and What Buses Serve the Stop. the Scheduling Software Will Allow Paratransit Users to Access Their Scheduled Ride Information It Also Will Allow Them to Make Changes to Their Request. This Will Be Available for Use 24/7 Eliminating Wait Time on the Phone for Available Schedulers.; Activities Performed: Bus Stop Signs Will Be Purchased. Scheduling Software Will Be Purchased Installed Tested and Vendor Will Train Staff.; Expected Outcomes: Easily Identified Stop Information to the Sight Impaired.
