Application Purpose: This Grant Includes $176938 in Fy 2018 and $183530 in Fy 2019 to Purchase Approximately Four (4) Paratransit Less Than 30-FT Buses. These Vehicles Will Be Used for Purchased Services From a Non-profit Agency for Transportation Services for the Elderly and Persons With Disabilities Who Are Otherwise Unable to Utilize BFTS Regular Fixed-route Service. This Grant Will Also Include Equipment to Improve Communication Security and Passenger Amenities Such as Radios Cameras and Vehicle Locators.; Activities Performed: Purchase of Approximately Four (4) Paratransit Less Than 30-FT Replacement Buses and Associated Equipment.; Expected Outcomes: These Replacement Bus Will Improve System Reliability to the Benton Franklin Public Transportation Benefit Area.; Intended Beneficiaries: Members of the Public Located in the Cities of Kennewick Pasco Richland West Richland Benton City Prosser and Certain Unincorporated Areas of Benton and Franklin Counties.; Subrecipient Activities: N/a
