This Projected Is Included in the HSTP Approved 12/2014 on Page 58-61. the Project Includes Maintaining Current Service Increasing Efficiency and Increasing Night Service. Purchase Replacement Up to 5 Gasoline Para-transit Vehicles for a Sub-contractors to Provide Mobility to Disabled Customers. Ben Franklin Transit Will Retain Title to Exercise Responsibilities and Continuing Control as the Designated Recipient Until the Minimum Useful Life Is Complete of a Minimum 7 Years or 200000 Miles. We Do This to Ensure Compliance and to Include the Service Under Contract and Provide Insurance.the Program of Projects Is Attached. the 2014 and 2013 Funds Are Shown in 2015 the Year They Will Be Procured. Ben Franklin Transit Is Aware That New or Remanufactured Buses Vans Rail Cars and Other Modes of Public Transit Must Meet Ada Vehicle Standards (found at: Http://www.access-board.gov/guidelines-and-standards/transportation/vehicles/about-adaag-for-transportation-vehicles).
