Oh - Army National Guard Facilities Program - 1001. This Cooperative Agreement Award Is Opened for Excepted Activities Only. Any Amount Apportioned for the Excepted Activity Is Recorded in Section 23 of the Division I Coversheet. Excepted Activities Will Be Identified by the Adjutant General in Accordance With Chief, National Guard Bureau Memorandum, Delegation of Authority for Continuation of Operations During a Lapse of Appropriations for the National Guard, Dated 1 October 2025. the National Guard Bureau Has the Authority to Enter Into This Cooperative Agreement Award and to Obligate the Government in Advance of Appropriations for Excepted Activities. However, Appropriated Funds Are Not Currently Available to Make Payments Under This Cooperative Agreement Award to Liquidate This Obligation. When Appropriated Funds Become Available, the Government Will Make Payment in Accordance With the Terms of This Cooperative Agreement Award. This Clause Supersedes Conflicting Terms of Any Other Provision in This Cooperative Agreement Award Dealing With Payment Until Funds Are Made Available to the Grants Officer for This Cooperative Agreement Award.
