The Recipient Shall Participate in a Program of Coordinated Research and Education With the Army Research Laboratory's (ARL) Sensors and Electronic Devices Directorate (SEDD) in Accordance With the Recipient's Statement of Work and Cost Proposal, Which Are Both Incorporated by Reference Into This Agreement. the Government Will Have Continuous Involvement With the Recipient. the Government May Also Obtain Access to the Research Results and Certain Rights in Data, Computer Codes Developed, and Patents Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of This Agreement. the Government and Recipient Are Bound to Each Other by a Duty of Good Faith and Best Research Effort in Achieving the Goals of the Project.
