Budget Revision #2 - GRTC Currently Has Ten (10) 29-FOOT Vehicles. as GRTC Has Continued to Analyze Route and Trip Level Ridership the Plan Is to Designate Vehicles Based on Capacity Needs. GRTC Has Identified Thirteen (13) Routes That Are Candidates for Smaller Vehicles Based on Their Peak Load. the Majority of These Routes Are Neighborhood or Community Radial Routes That Serve as Feeders to Arterials. These Routes Being in the Neighborhoods Are Projected to Remain Relatively Static on Their Ridership. in Order to Support the Smaller Vehicle Route Assignments GRTC Needs to Increase the 29-FOOT Fleet Number From Ten (10) to Twenty (20). GRTC Would Like to Move Funding for Bus Replacement From Ali 111201 (bus Replacement STD 40 FT.) to 111204 (bus Replacement STD 30 FT.) . Total of $581617 (162853 Federal) 5307 Funds From Ali 111201 to Ali 111204. Total of $2425090 (1940072 Federal) Cmaq Funds From Ali 111201 to Ali 111204. Total of $2297698 (643355 Federal) 5339 Funds From Ali 111201 to Ali 111204. Budget Revision #1: GRTC Would Like to Extend Period of Performance to June 30 2024 for the Expenses of Capital Cost of Contracting (ali 11.71.12) Preventive Maintenance (11.7A.00) and Non Fixed Route Ada Paratransit Service (ali 11.7C.00). Due to the COVID-19 Relief Funding Through Cares Those Expenses Covered. GRTC Would Like to Utilize the Funds in These Alis for FY2022 FY2023 and FY2024. the Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) Is Applying Ffy 2018 and Ffy 2019 Section 5307 Funds Apportioned to the Richmond Urbanized Area in the Amount of $8855115 ($578557 in Ffy 2018 Funds and $8276558 in Ffy 2019 Funds) for the Following:purchase of (9) Nine Replacement Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) 40-FOOT Buses Capital Cost of Contractingpreventive Maintenance Ada Complementary Paratransit Servicethis Grant Also Includes Additional Funds (adjustment) of $391295 ($195647 Federal). the Grant Adjustment Amount Is From Proceeds From 2017 Gillig Bus That Was Destroyed in a Fire. the Fta Approval Letter Dated 9/24/2020 for the Use of These Proceeds Is Attached to the Grant Application in Trams.
