Application Purpose: the Purpose of This Award Is the Purchase of 25 Replacement Vehicles for the Woodlands Township - Woodlands Express to Assist It in Commuter Transit Operations.; Activities Performed: the Activity to Be Performed Is to Purchase 25 New Diesel Buses That Will Replace 25 Existing Old Buses. in Addition the Funds Will Also Be Used to Purchase and Install Annunciators Video Cameras Fare Collection and Needed Apparatus.; Expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit the Woodlands Township to Keep Rolling Stock Vehicles in a State of Good Repair and Improve Efficiency. It Will Also Improve the Transit Assets for the Woodlands Township.; Intended Beneficiaries: the Populace of the Woodlands Township Transit Service Area and Local Economy Will Benefit From These Grant Funds.
