Harris County Transit Is a Direct Recipient for 5310 Funds Authorized by Houston Metro (the Designated Recipient for the Houston Uza) and Is Applying for Fy 2020 Apportionment in the Amount of $470000. the Funds Can Be Used at 100% Federal Under the Crrsaa Program and No Match Is Required.purpose-this Mobility Management Grant Funding Will Be Used to Pay for Activities Related to the Rides Program Clients. Activities Performed -under the Mobility Management Grant Will Be Public Outreach Service Provider Monitoring Reporting and Compliance With Federal Regulations Customer Assistance Travel Training. Expected Outcomes- Mobility Management Activities Will Help to Increase Ridership Through Outreach and Provide Continued Customer Satisfaction and Reliability on the Service.beneficiaries- Will Be the Elderly and Disabled Residents in the Rides Service Area.-harris County Has No Subrecipientsmobility Management Is a Traditional 5310 Capital Projects That Meet the 55% Minimum Requirement for the 5310 Program. the Project Was Selected Consistent With Houston Metros 5310 Program Management Plan (on File at Fta). Metro Allocated These Funds to Sub Recipients on a Fair and Equitable Basis; the Projects Were Derived From a Regionally Coordinated Public Transit- Human Services Transportation Plan; to the Extent Feasible Services Were Coordinated With Transportation Services Provided by Other Federal Agencies; and the Planning Process Included Representatives of Public Private and Non-profit Transportation and Human Service Providers Participation by the Public and Representatives Addressing the Needs of Older Adults and Individuals With Disabilities.
