Purpose:the Study Will Focus on a -mile on Both Sides of the Alignment and a -mile Around Proposed Stations Along the Proposed North Lamar/guadalupe/riverside Fixed Guideway Corridor. the Final Product of This Tod Study Will Result in a North Lamar/guadalupe/riverside Fixed Guideway Corridor Plan Which Will Include Station Area Plans Value Capture and Other Innovative Financing Tools and Tod Zoning Regulations to Be Adopted by Project Partners to Guide Tod Development Within the Corridor. Discretionary Funding for This Application Pilot Program for Transit-oriented Development Planning FY2021 Is Provided in the Amount of 900000. Discretionary Id D2021-TODP-008.
