These Expenses Are Typically Funded by Other Revenue Sources That Have Now Been Reduced Due to Economic Impacts From the Coronavirus. the Application Scope of Work Includes $14073192 in Payroll and Operating Assistance for Both Bus and Rail Transportation Services.pursuant to 49 U.s.c. 5307(C)(1)(J) Dcta Has Decided It Is Not Necessary to Utilize 1% of the Apportionment Towards Security Projects Because Its Security Expenses Are Covered by Other Funding Sources Such as Cares Act and Regular Formula Funding.dcta Is the Sole Direct Recipient for the Denton-lewisville Uza Which Received $14073192 in Apportioned Funds. the Split Letter Dated 05/28/2021 Is Attached in Trams.pre-award Authority Was Selected to Fully Utilize the Period of Eligible Expenses Beginning 1/20/2020 Per the Arp Act. at the Time of This Application Dcta Does Not Anticipate Incurring Expenses Prior to Execution of the Award. However in the Event That Operating Expenses Incurred During the Fourth Quarter of 2021 Exceed the Available Funding Balance From Our Executed Cares Act Award Dcta Has Selected Pre-award Authority.the Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.per the Arp Act the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
