Per the Arp Act the Nature of the Scope of Work of Activities Does Not Required That They Be Identified in the Urbanized Areas Long Range Transportation Plan or Tip/stip. a Minimum of 1% ($407792) of the Arp Funding Will Be Allocated to Security for the Acquisition of Adp Hardware. Per the Arp Act Federal Funds Are 100% With No Local Match Requirement. the Recipient Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or Insurance Company.trinity Metro Estimates $25800000 in Pre-award Expenditures That Were Incurred Between December 1 2020 and September 30 2021. Trinity Metro Certifies That It and Its Subrecipients and Contractors That Are Providers of Public Transportation Have Not Furloughed Any Employees Since March 27 2020 (the Enactment of the Cares Act).
