Activities Include: Vehicle Service Station Flooring Resurface With Anti-slip Coating; Replacement of Tire Shop Lifts; Bus Yard Concrete Repairs; Installation of Maintenance BLDG Emergency Generators; Upgrade of Fire System and Alarm Panels Throughout Headquarters Facilities; Administration BLDG Fire Sprinkler System Installation; Annex BLDG Fire Sprinkler System Installation; Installation of Aboveground Storage Tanks; RT Transit Center Bridge Repairs; Maintenance BLDG Hvac Replacement and Control Upgrade; Hvac Replacement at 4 Park and Ride Facilities; RT Transit Center Structural Repairs; Administration BLDG Restroom Repairs; via Metro Center Vinyl Flooring Replacement; Real Time Signage at Bus Stop; and Administration and Annex BLDG Roof Replacement. the Proposed Upgrades Will Extend the Life of the Affected Facilities Improve Service Reliability and Decrease Operating Cost.
