This Application Is Consistent With the Sub-allocation Identified in the Designated Recipient Split Letter Dated May 1 2020 and Attached to This Application for Fy 19 5337 Funds. Rtas Previous Obligation of Fy 19 5337 Funds Was $778401 in TN-2020-027-00 Project 3 for Track Rehab Station Parking Expansion Miscellaneous Support Equipment and Passenger Amenities.the Project Is in the Current Tip the Project Number Is 2017-85-044 Track Rehabilitation Maintenance. the Tip Page Has Been Attached to the Application. Rta Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1F (third Party Contracting Guidance).
