Osha State Plan Grants Fund Twenty-two Comprehensive State Plans and Six State and Local Government Only State Plans. in Addition, Two State Plans Use These Funds to Operate Private Sector Consultation Programs. Activities Performed Mandated Activities for State Plan Grants Include Issuing Standards, Conducting Inspections, Issuing Citations, and Providing State and Local Government Consultation Services. Deliverables Deliverables: as Broad, Statewide Programs, State Plan Grant Recipients Provide Osha a Variety of Deliverables Throughout the Year, Including Personnel Information, Strategic Plans, and Standards That Are at Least as Effective as Federal Rules. Expected Outcomes: as a Condition of the Grant, All State Plans Must Demonstrate Strategic Goals That Measurably Reduce Workplace Injuries and Illnesses Throughout the State. Intended Beneficiary Beneficiaries Include Workers and Employers Covered by the Twenty-eight States That Administer Osha State Plans. Subrecipient Activities None - Grantees Are Not Allowed to Subaward Grant Funds to Others to Complete the Grant Activities.
