The Wellsvillemendon Conservation District, Located in Cache County, Utah, Will Convert 2.1 Miles of the Upper Canal From an Open Canal to Pipe. the Project Also Includes the Installation of 30 Flow Meters and a Booster Pump Station. by Eliminating Water Losses From Seepage, Evaporation, and Spillage, the Project Is Expected to Result in Annual Water Savings of 915 Acrefeet. Conserved Water Will Remain in the Hyrum Reservoir, Providing Flexibility and Resiliency in the Face of Drought and Climate Change.
