Award Purpose: the Purpose of This Agreement Is to Replace and Upgrade Howard Prairie Resort Marina to Meet Accessibility Standards and Provide 154 Boat Slips for Boating Purposes to the Recreating Public. This Agreement Will Also Repave the Resort Facility to Provide Safe Driving and Walking Surfaces to the Public for Camping, Day-use, Boating, and Fishing. Activities to Be Performed: This Project Will Complete the Next Phase in the Redesign of the Howard Prairie Resorts Accessible Marina and Will Also Repave the Repost. This Project Will Add Accessible Finger Floats That Connect the Main Dock Creating 165 Boat Slips. the Project Will Also Re-pave the Entire Resort Property Including Two Campground Loops, Day Use Parking, Boat Trailer Parking and the Accessible Fishing Pier Trail. Expected Deliverables or Outcomes: the Expected Outcome of This Project Is Increased Access to the Reservoir by Allowing Boat Access During Dry Years and Increased and Improved Access for Individuals With Disabilities Through the Accessibility Improvements.
