The Georgetown Divide Public Utility District (gdpud), Located on the West Slope of the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Approximately 45 Miles Northeast of Sacramento, California, Will Concrete Line 1500 Feet of Unlined Canal. This Project Will Improve Water Efficiency by Eliminating Canal Scouring, Seepage Losses, and Vegetation Growth in the Canal. the Sections That Were Chosen to Be Lined Were Identified in Gdpud S Capital Improvement Plan and Will Improve Overall Water Supply Reliability for It S Customers. at a Basin Level, Implementation of This Project Will Contribute to Improvement of Downstream River Conditions and Environmental Conditions Throughout the American River Watershed. Under This Agreement, the Recipient Shall Line a Total of 1,500 Feet of Earthen Canal With Concrete. This Concrete Lining Project Will Occur on Three Segments: Mount Cedar Road: Complete 1,100 Linear Feet in a Portion of Canal Extending West of MT. Cedar Road. This Portion Is Location Between 38.934958, -120.748660 and 38.934594, -120.752265. Balderston Road: Complete Two 200 Linear Feet Sections in a Portion of Canal Adjacent to Balderston Road. This Portions Are Located Between 38.934489, -120.754867 and 38.932084, -120.754994 and 38.931363, -120.755483 and 38.931123, -120.755783.THE Beneficiaries of This Agreement Will Be the Water Supply Consumers Served by the Gdpud.
