The Purpose of This Agreement Is to Provide Funds to the Water Development Commission (WDC) for Reconstruction of Laprele Dam Preconstruction Activities. Preconstruction Activities Include Engineering and Design, and Environmental Compliance Activities Related to Reconstruction of Laprele Dam. These Activities Are the First Phase of the Dam Reconstruction, Which Will Benefit the Public by Removing Current Water Restrictions, Resulting in Additional, Needed Water to Irrigators. It Will Also Eliminate Current Health and Safety Concerns Associated With the Dam.
