Award Purpose Funding Frorn This Financial Assistance Agreement Will Be Used to Provide Labor Costs for the Park Soperations and Maintenance, Cover the Costs of Supplies, Tools, and Equipment as Well as Cover Routinemaintenance and Repairs Associated With the Operation of the Boat Ramp Recreation Area Activities to Be Performed the Routine Maintenance and Repairs That Will Be Covered by This Agreement Include Maintaining the Gravel Parking Area, Mowing the Weeds Surrounding the Parking Area and Boat Ramp, Maintaining Picnic Areas, Cleaning Vault Toilets, Maintaining and Installing the Boat Dock, Repairing the Shelters, Weekly Trash Removal, and Traffic Control Expected Deliverables or Outcomes in the Past Power County Has Managed the Recreation Area Without Additional Federal Funding, However, Increasing Public Use of the Recreation Area Has Necessitated Federal Funding for Reclamation to Fulfill Its Obligation to Provide Safe Recreation Opportunities Through the Management Agreement the Public Utilizes the West Boat Ramp and Associated Recreation Area Throughout the Year This Funding Will Created a Safer Environment for the Recreating Public as Well as Provide a Cleaner Environment for Those Who Utilize the Recreation Area Intended Beneficiaries This Will Enable the Recreation Area to Continue to Be Open Throughout the Year Which Will Allow the Public to Continue to Have Opportunities to Recreate at the American Falls Reservoir Subrecipient Activities If Known or Specified at Time of Award
