R22AC00213 - Real Time Water Quality Monitoring in the Grassland Resource Conservation DISTRICT1. Award Purpose: the Project Will Address Salinity Discharges From Grassland Resource Conservation District Wetlands to the Lower San Joaquin River Watershed That Includes Implementation of Mitigation Actions for Areas of High Salt Accumulation Such as Wetlands and Agriculture DISCHARGES.2. Activities to Be Performed: This Project Will Maintain, Update, Enhance and Expand the Existing Water Quality and Flow Monitoring Network Within the Grassland Resource Conservation District to Allow for Efficient and Accurate Data Acquisition, as Well as Improve and Increase Opportunities for Return Flow REUSE.3. Expected Deliverables or Outcomes: the Objective of This Agreement Will Provide Data to Populate the Watershed Management Framework (WARMF) Model, a Comprehensive Decision Support Tool Designed to Facilitate TMDL Development at the WATERSHED-LEVEL.4. Intended Beneficiaries: This Project Is Intended to Make the Real-time Water Quality Management Program Strives to Make 2-WEEK Forecasts of Salt Load Assimilative Capacity Available - Sufficient Time for Agricultural Water Districts and Wetland Entities to Take Necessary Actions to Ensure Continued Compliance With San Joaquin River Salinity OBJECTIVES.5.
