Activities to Be Performedthe Operating Assistance Request Includes Salaries Basic Fringe Benefits Fuel Protective Materials for Vehicles and Sanitizing Materials. the Anasco Transit System Operates With Five Section 5307 Vehicles: Three Are for Fixed Route and Two for Ada Paratransit Service. This Application Scope of Work Includes Two Projects: Project #1 - Cares Act - Fixed Route Operating Assistance Project Ii. - Cares Act - Ada Paratransit Operating Expenses the Purpose of Each Project in the Application Is to Provide the Needed Assistance to Pay for Operating Assistance in Fixed Routes and Ada Paratransit Transportation Services. the Municipality Does Not Charge Fees for the Service. the Requested Assistance Is for Operating Activities That Occurred From July 1 2021 and Will Continue Until June 30 2023. Each Project Is Divided Into Two Periods: Period 1: July 1 2021 - June 30 2022 and Period 2: July 1 2022 - June 30 2023. Expected Outcomesthe Expected Outcomes With This Grant the Are: a) Anasco Transportation System Will Help Prevent and Respond to Continuing COVID-19 Pandemic; B) Provide the Means for Keeping the Buses Running in a Time When Other Transportation Public or Private Are Not Readily Available; and C) Allow the Program Employees to Be Able to Work and Work Safely.intended Beneficiariesthis Project Benefits the Everyday Users of the Anasco Transportation System by Providing Safety in Terms of Hygiene Safety and Infection Control. Most of the Public Transportation Users Are Low and Very Low-income Citizens at Least 20% of Them Elderly That Have No Other Means for Commuting. in the Ada Paratransit Operation This Population Is the Poorest Highly Disabled and Many of Them Without Any Caregiving Assistance.
