It Makes the System Accessible and Fair for Low-income Residents. Promote a Good Maintenance Program. Well Maintained Vehicles Will Ensure the Proper Operation and Adherence to the Schedules Resulting in a Positive Response From the Population in Terms of Ridership and Behavior.
