Butler Transit Authority Will Ensure Contractors Procured Will Not Be on the Fta Suspension and Debarment List.purpose: the Purchase of One 45 CNG Commuter Bus to Provide a Proper Vehicle Reserve Level and the Remainder of the Funding Will Be for Operating the Commuter Service From Butler to Downtown Pittsburgh and Return. Activities to Be Performed: the Procurement of One (1) Commuter Bus and the Provision of Commuter Service Between Butler and Downtown Pittsburgh. Expected Outcomes: the Provision of Efficient Service Without Interruption That Could Be Caused by Mechanical Failure Due to an Insufficient Bus Ratio.
