Mcta-monroe Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.the Pennsylvania Governors Apportionment Ffy 2021 Arpa Section 5307 Split Letter Dated April 9 2021 Is Attached to This Grant Under Application Details.per the Arpa the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.purpose: This Application Utilizes Arpa Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. This Grant Will Relieve Mcta-monroe From Some of Its Operating Expenses Incurred During the Period of Performance of the Grant. Activities to Be Performed: the Entirety of the East Stroudsburg Pa-nj Uza Arpa Funds Will Be Applied Towards Operating Assistance for Operating Expenses Incurred Beginning December 12 2021 Through June 30 2022. the Application Scope of Work Includes Precautions Taken for COVID-19 Such as Salaries Personal Protective Equipment Professional Cleaning Sanitization Barriers for Staff Fuel and Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One Year. as Well as Administrative Leave for Operations Employees Who Are Affected Due to Service Reduction or Potential Exposure to an Individual Infected With COVID-19 That Needs to Quarantine. Expected Outcomes: Maintain Reliable Transit Service and Provide Mobility to the Monroe County Community During the Crisis Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Intended Beneficiaries: Mcta-monroe Employees and Contractors and the Residents of Monroe County Will Benefit From the Operating Assistance in Its Assurance to Provide Reliable Transit Service During the Crisis Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
