Beaver County Transit Authority (BCTA) Is Applying FFY2021 Section 5307 Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 (CRRSAA) Funds Apportioned to the Pittsburgh Pa Urbanized Area in the Amount of $4345524. Per the Crrsaa Funding Will Be Provided at 100% Federal Share With No Local Match Required. This Application Utilizes Crrsaa Funding in the Amount of $4345524 Which Will Fund Operating Assistance for the Period Beginning July 1 2021 to June 30 2022. the Split/sub-allocation Letter Dated 03/11/2021 Is Attached in Trams.purpose: This Application Utilizes Crrsaa Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. This Grant Will Cover Some of Bctas Operating Expenses Incurred During the Period of Performance of the Grant.activities to Be Performed: the Entire Amount of Bctas Crrsaa Funds Will Be Applied Towards Operating Assistance for Operating Expenses Incurred From July 1 2021 to June 30 2022. the Application Scope of Work Includes Precautions Taken for COVID-19 Such as Salaries Personal Protective Equipment Professional Cleaning Sanitization Barriers for Staff Fuel and Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One Year. Expected Outcomes: Maintain Reliable Transit Service and Provide Mobility Options to the County of Beaver Residents During the Crisis Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Intended Beneficiaries: Bcta Employees Contractors and the Residents of Beaver County Will Benefit From the Operating Assistance in Its Assurance to Provide Reliable Transit Service During the COVID-19 Pandemic.subrecipient Activities: N/abcta Agrees That If It Receives Federal Funding From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement It Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by Fema Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.per the Crrsaa the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
