These Activities Include Rehabilitation to the Inclines Electrical System Pneumatic System Sheave Supports the Inclines Track Structure the Upper and Lower Stations and the Incline Rail Cars.expected Outcomes: the Rehabilitation Project Performed on the Johnstown Inclined Plane Will Ensure the Inclined Plane Transportation Line Operates in a State of Good Repair to Promote the Safe Operation and Minimize In-service Breakdowns on the Transit Line Impacting Its Service Delivery of This Unique Transportation Feature.
