This Is Done Bypromoting Greater Public and Private Participation in Preservation, Conservation, Education, and Outdoorrecreation Programs and Activities, and Building Resource Stewardship Ethics in Its Participants. Wheeling National Heritage Area Corporation. Inc., Develops and Implements Projects and Activities for the Administration, Operations, and Maintenance of the Artisan Center in Downtown Wheeling, West Virginia Providing Educational Programming, Classroom Curricula, Field Trips, Professional Development for Teacher, and Immersion Courses for Residents, Teachers, and Students Both Online and at the Artisan Center. Beneficiaries Include General Public, States and or Their Political Subdivisions, Non-profits, Private Entities, the Heritage Area Management Coordinating Entity.
