This Program Supports Projects That Further the Mission of the National Park Service and Efforts in Natural and Cultural Resource Conservation, Protection, and Environmental Sustainability That Are Not Covered Under Other Specific Financial Assistance Programs. This Project Will Engage Urban Communities With Their Surrounding Cultural and Natural Resources by Leveraging Community Partnerships to Provide Experiences Not Readily Accessible for Underserved, Underrepresented Communities. a Three-pronged Approach Will Be Used by Providing: Culturally Responsive Visitor Services, Including Interpretive and Education Programming Innovative, Engaging Exhibits and Outreach and Youth Programming Aimed at Increasing Accessibility and Decreasing Barriers to Public Lands. Beneficiaries Include Profit Organizations, Public Nonprofit Institutions Organizations, Private Nonprofit Institutions Organizations, Non-federal Government Entities, Industry and Public Decision Makers, Research Scientists, Engineers, and the General Public.
