This Program Utilizes Qualified Non-profit Youth- and Veteran-serving Organizations to Carry Out Appropriate Natural and Cultural Resource Conservation, Education, Volunteer Service and Education Projects on Department of the Interior Lands Through Authorized National Park Service Programs. Groundwork Usa Urban Youth and Young Adult Crews Will Work With Yellowstone in One of Four SESSIONS2 Crews During Session 1 August 15-23, 2 Crews in Session 2 August 23-31, 2 Crews Sept 2-15, and 2 Crews Sept 15-28. Work Projects Include But Are Not Limited to: Trail Work Maintenance Boardwalk Construction and Replacement Installing Large Food Storage Boxes in Campsites Replacing Bumper Logs in Parking Lots Repairing and Building Fences Log Work Upgrading Historic Structures Campground and Picnic Area Rehab Work and Removing Social Trails.beneficiaries Include Private Non-profit Institutions and Organizations Public and Private Non-profit Academic Institutions State and Local Government Agencies Quasi-public Non-profit Institutions and Organizations That Support Youth and Young Adult Career Training and Development, and Education in the Areas of Natural and or Cultural Resource Conservation and Management. Individuals Families Students and the General Public Will Receive a Benefit From the Development and Execution of These Programs and Projects.
