Idaho County Weed Control

This Program Supports Projects That Further the Mission of the National Park Service and Efforts in Natural and Cultural Resource Conservation, Protection, and Environmental Sustainability That Are Not Covered Under Other Specific Financial Assistance Programs. This Project Between NPS and Idaho County Weed Control (ICWC) at Nez Perce National Historical Park (nepe or Park), White Bird Battlefield (WHBI) Will Facilitate Resource Projects to Preserve the Parks Natural and Cultural Resources. Project Work Will Enhance Visitor Experience, Restore Degraded Sites, Improve Control of Invasive Species, and Preserve and Enhance Native Plant Communities Present at Whbi. Beneficiaries Include Profit Organizations, Public Nonprofit Institutions Organizations, Private Nonprofit Institutions Organizations, Non-federal Government Entities, Industry and Public Decision Makers, Research Scientists, Engineers, and the General Public.
