The Projects Completed Under This Agreement Are to Implement Wheeling National Heritage Area S Management Strategic Plan. the National Park Service (NPS) and Recipient Collaborate, With the NPS Providing Technical and Financial Support Throughout the Management Plan Implementation. This Agreement Will Provide Educational Programming for Historic, Cultural, and Natural Resource Preservation and Stewardship, Including Youth Engagement Initiatives Classroom Curricula Field Trips Professional Development for Teachers and Immersion Courses for Residents, Teachers, and Students Both Online and at the Artisan Center.
