Purpose of Award (summary of the Goals and Objectives of the Project):the Goal Is to Assist the National Park Service and Other Ecoregional Organizations of the Southwest Seed Partnership in the Implementation of the National Seed Strategy for Rehabilitation and Restoration. the Objectives Are to Provide a Range of Research, Technical Assistance, and Education Services to Increase Capacity and Support the Needs of the Southwest Seed Partnership, Broadly Including Native Seed Assessments, Collection, Production, Storage, Restoration, Research and Monitoring, Education and Training, and Ecoregional Collaboration.summary of Project Specific Activities:this Work Is Funded Through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Priority Ecosystems for the NPS Include Southwestern Deserts, Grasslands, and Sagebrush. Activities Will Include the Following and Specifics Will Be Agreed Upon Between the NPS and Recipient as Part of the Scope of This Project: 1. Assessments 2. Research 3. Monitoring and Surveys 4. Native Plant Materials Development 5. Restoration 6. Technical Support/training 7. Education/outreach 8.
