Proposed Activity: Ap, Inc. Will Utilize the Funding to Develop and Implement an Educational Training Program for All Agency Staff as Well as for Providers at Local Community-based Agencies That Serve the Target Population. Ap, Inc. Offers Hiv Primary Care and Other Hiv Related Services On-site and Through Its Two Health Centers: the Hope Health & Wellness Center and the Transparency Transgender Health Care Center. Impact: the Proposed Capacity Building Project Will Ensure Ap, Inc. Builds the Capacity of Agency Staff to Provide High Quality Services to Better Engage and Retain Transgender and Gender-diverse Populations, Who Are Most at High Risk for Falling Out of Care. Ap, Inc. Will Also Offer Stigma and Discrimination Training to Partner Agencies That Provide Services, Such as Substance Use Treatment, to Ap, Inc.’s Clients to Further Improve Access to and Retention in Care.
